Withdrawals may only be made to a Pix key registered in the account holder's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances and will result in a temporary account hold pending review.

Balances derived solely from unredeemed bonuses — which did not meet the rollover conditions — are not eligible for withdrawal and will be cancelled upon account closure.
